Notice 41/2011 ADOPTION OF 2011/2012 IDP AND BUDGET Notice is hereby given, in terms of Article 15 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Planning and Performance Regulation, 2001, promulgated under the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), read with the provisions of Section 25 (4) (a (i & ii)) of the aforementioned Act, and the provision of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that Maletswai Local Municipality adopted its Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget 2011/2012.The IDP and Budget 2011/2012 were adopted at a Special Council Meeting held in Masakhane Community Hall, on May 06, 2011.
