Maletswai is in mourning
News - General News

It is a sad thing to hear of a passing on of one of your work colleague, but it is even worse to receive news that four of your fellow employees died in a car accident.  Yesterday, staff and the political champions could not hold their tears when they learn that four of our Interns died in a car accident.  The sad news appeared on eTV News headlines last night.

Out of the seven who died in the fatal minibus and truck collusion near Hofmeyer, 4 were our own interns who just completed their two year electrical apprenticeship in PE.  They were to report for duty the next morning, but sadly it was not to be.

The political and administrative arm of council equally expected much from these youths just as much as their families anticipated good returns from them.  Indeed we are truly grieved.  No one thought that something like this would happen.  It is very sad news to all of us at Maletswai.

Our heartfelt condolence goes to the bereaved families.  We sympathize with your loss.

BISHOP GEORGE, Head of Communications, Maletswai LM
