The Fourth (4th) Special Council meeting for the 2011 / 2012 Financial Year of the Maletswai Local Municipal Council is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 31 January 2012 at 11:00 in the Council Chamber, Aliwal North.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Annual (2010 / 2011 Financial Year) and Mid-Year Assessment (2011 / 2012 Financial Year) reports as contemplated in Sections 127(2) and 72 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003 respectively.

In terms of section 20 (1) of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, members of the public, the media and other interested parties or bodies are invited to attend the meeting.
