Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 127 (5) (a) (i) and (ii) of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003 read with Section 21(a) of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 that the draft 2010/11 Annual Report, together with 2011/2012 Mid-Term Report were tabled before the Fourth Special Council Meeting for 2011/12 Financial Year held on Tuesday, January 31, 2011.

In terms of the provisions of Section 127 (5) (a) (i) and (ii) of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, members of the public, community interest groups, private sector and civil society organisations within Maletswai Local Municipality are invited to make representations or comments on the draft municipal Annual Report for 2010/11 financial year within 21 days after the date of this publication.

Hard copies of the Annual Report are available for viewing and comments as from Monday, 06 February 2012, at the following sites during office hours : Maletswai Local Municipality Offices (Town Hall), Municipal Library (Somerset Street), Jamestown Municipal Offices, and Jamestown Municipal Library.  Copies are also available on the municipal website (www.maletswai.gov.za).
